This page explains what information Anchor Point Data Services (“Anchor Point,” apdsec.com) collects when you contact us or request a quote, and how we use it.

Information you send us

When you use our contact, quote or case forms, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, pickup location and a description of the equipment or service you need.

Quote requests through the Grok Bot connector

Anchor Point offers a connector (apdsec.com/mcp) that lets an AI assistant send us a pickup quote request on your behalf. A request includes your business name, contact name, email address, an optional phone number, your city, the approximate number and types of devices, and any notes you add. To prevent abuse we also store a one-way hash of the network address the request came from and the requesting software’s user agent.

We use this information only to review and respond to your request. It is stored in our database and emailed to Anchor Point. The connector does not send you any automatic email, and it does not use your information for advertising or sell it.

Service providers

We store submissions with our database provider (Supabase), send email through our email provider (Resend), and host this website on Netlify. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how pages are used.
